Asking help on Gene set Enrichment

Dear All, I am a student of IMAS Taroona working with a set of gene expression data. I was wondering if anyone can help me on gene ontology analysis/pathway enrichment analysis. Specifically, I am having difficulties to import g:profiler output data into Cytoscape. Please let me know if anyone is working with g:Profiler (Or DAVID/ GO) and Cytoscape (especially-EnrichmentMap/BiNGO/ENViz or any plugins in that regards)? Thank you very much for your time and help. Hi, I’m circulating this on to the list because it is local, earlybird closes Monday, there’s group registration options, posters are still open and it’ll be a great conference. Rego is even cheaper for AGTA members (and membership is cheap and worth having if you’re into genomics). There are also two pre-conference workshops being held on the 29th of October that are open to non-conference attendees – one on single-cell sequencing and a gene editing symposium.
